<p>&nbsp;Marking the 75<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;anniversary of Formula 1, tickets for the 2025 <a href="https://www.silverstone.co.uk/events/silverstone-festival" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Silverstone Festival</a> (22-24 Aug) are officially on sale. Super Early Bird prices are available until the end of the year with day tickets from £50 and the popular three-day weekend ticket priced at £145.&nbsp;Expect special races to celebrate 75 years of F1, plus epic track battles, festival vibes, three nights of great live music, and loads of fun stuff for the whole family to enjoy together. </p>

<p>The Pop-Up Place in Long Buckby has been one of our favourites for ages and we&#8217;ve had some veeery good times there. So we&#8217;re sad to say farewell. But don&#8217;t panic. Owners Jay and Chloe are re-branding under their new name <a href="https://www.instagram.com/theforkandflower_lb/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Fork and Flower</a>, with a big refurb already underway to bring the new vision to life. Expect brunches, cakes and coffees served daily, with small plates and cocktails on Fri and Sat evenings, all in a snazzily spruced up space. Cheers to that.</p>

<p> Recently installed as Head Chef at <a href="https://escapade.silverstone.co.uk/eats-drinks" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Gallery </a>restaurant at Escapade Silverstone, Matt Tsistrakis has previously worked as Head Chef at Auriens Chelsea and The Savoy. His newly crafted festive menu includes ducks liver parfait with clementines and granola; braised beef cheek, creamed potato, onion and red wine jus; barley risotto, wild mushroom and truffle and a dark chocolate soufflé with whote chocolate custard and chocolate crumble. We&#8217;ve already been to The Gallery a couple of times and it really does have the wow factor</p>

<p>This week, the fabulous Hambleton Bakery became a certified B Corporation, a global movement driving change in society through ethical and sustainable business. To become a certified B Corp, you have to pass rigorous testing to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency, so huge congratulations for this fantastic achievement. Their bread is also pretty out of this world.</p>
