Run by Jane Clifford and her merry team, the cafe/bistro runs like a well-oiled machine. Good food is at the heart of everything they do, and Jane is super passionate about what she does and it’s all very evident in the quality of the food. Everything is pretty much handmade here from cakes to sandwiches, soups to dishes including lasagna and vegetarian chilli. Ingredients are carefully sourced from selected suppliers, who share a passion for all things artisan, to ensure the very best quality and taste is passed onto all the customers.

The cafe serves a range of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan food and their delicious afternoon tea which changes seasonally is well worth booking in for. Inside the cafe it’s bright and cheery with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

In the summer you can enjoy the views and people watch outside and when it’s cold, sit in the colourful and cosy conservatory area and stay toasty under the heaters and use the blankets and hot water bottles provided.
