PizzaExpress, Northampton
Following a recent remodel, PizzaExpress Northampton, at the heart of the town’s Cultural Quarter, is back and ready to serve its iconic pizza and delicious Dough Balls to pizza fans

The new-look PizzaExpress Northampton is located on Derngate, just a stone’s throw from Royal & Derngate theatre and a short stroll from the Guildhall and Northampton Museum & Art Gallery, which showcases the famous Northampton Shoe Collection. With history and culture at its doorstep, Northampton’s newly snazzed-up pizzeria is the perfect place to stop off for a slice (or several) of your favourite pizza.
Inside the restaurant, the newly spruced-up interior boasts a rich new colour palette with earthy and botanical tones – think warm ambience, overhanging gold pendant lights, atmospheric festoon lighting, exposed bricks and a touch of greenery with high-level planting.
The pizzeria is, of course, serving up the iconic Dough Balls and pizzas they’re famed for, as well as the brand new Marry Me Chicken pizza, which has a creamy béchamel, basil and sun-dried tomato & pine kernel pesto sauce, topped with chicken, spinach, mozzarella, and finished with even more pesto, slow-roasted tomatoes and Gran Milano cheese. Drooling much?
In addition to iconic favourites and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, kids can enjoy three courses of delicious food with the much-loved Piccolo menu, consisting of Dough Balls, pizza, pasta or salad, dessert and a Bambinoccino all for just £8.50. Booking a table as we speak.
