Growing up with a mum who loved to bake, Michele has always been surrounded by a variety of cakes and desserts. It comes as no surprise then, that she learned to bake from a very young age helping her mum with orders and during large festivals like Chinese New Year. This meant that she mastered the art of decorating cookies and cakes very early on.

After many years working as a software developer and systems engineer in the computer industry, she was finally persuaded by a friend to open a cake business and fulfill her real passion. She finally did and hasn’t looked back since.

Michele’s creative and artistic work means she can create any cake bake you want – from cheery celebration cakes and three-tiered wedding masterpieces and she’s so good that we asked her to make the cake for the Muddy Awards Winner’s Drinks 2022 which received rave reviews from everyone that tried it.

Her cakes are freshly baked using the freshest and finest ingredients and she can cater to any taste or flavour from coffee and walnut to chocolate and baileys buttercream.
