The fabulous Honeywell Bakes was set up by owner Rebecca Honeywell-Ward in 2012 at the kitchen table over a cuppa and, you guessed it, a biscuit and since then they’ve grown to a team of eighteen self confessed baking connoisseurs, with a cookie cutter obsession and a mission to bring creative baking to everyone.

The bakery is in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside and is B Corp certified – from the luxury gift boxes to recycled wrapping paper, sustainability is at the heart is this gem of a business. They’re also passionate about using local ingredients, from local, free range eggs and organic flour milled in the Cotswolds, to British grown sugar and locally produced butter.

The team use traditional baking methods to combine the ingredients and test new recipes for baking subscriptions and kits and each biscuit is hand cut using a specially selected cookie cutter from a collection of over 3000 shapes, then iced by an in-house expert. I think we can all agree that they really do look simply stunning.
