<p>If you haven&#8217;t heard of the Notswolds, exactly which rock have you been hiding under? This chi-chi enclave stretches across some of the prettiest pockets of Northants, Leics and Rutland, creeping into the surrounding counties too, and is currently the coolest part of the UK to move to &#8211; we should know. <p>You might have to pray for a change of use on this Grade II listed, jaw-droppingly pretty former Methodist chapel in the idyllic village of Elton, near Oundle in Northamptonshire &#8211; it&#8217;s still registered as a place of worship and even has the organ still in situ, but wow, what potential. There are feature stained glass windows and exposed timber and, in terms of converting the property into a home, the world is your oyster.
