<p>One of our favourite places to hunker down by the fire and tuck in to a tasty meal, there&#8217;s 20% off the Mon-Thur set menu at the National Muddy Award Winning Finch&#8217;s Arms in January, meaning you can now get 2 courses for just £25.60 or 3 courses for £28.80. Think smoked ham hock terrine with celeriac remoulade; butter poached chicken breast with tarragon pomme puree; and baked New York cheesecake mousse. Mmmm.</p>

<p>We love the strong emphasis on sustainability and local provenance espoused by owners of the fabulous &#8211; and Muddy Award Winning &#8211; Fourwards restaurant and, as luck would have it, there&#8217;s 10% off the a la carte menu throughout Jan, so get a table booked pronto. <p>From the masterminds behind the Finch&#8217;s Arms, the refurbed and spruced up Hornblower threw it&#8217;s doors open in September last year and if you haven&#8217;t made it in yet, January is your big chance, as they&#8217;ve got a very generous 20% off selected dishes on the a la carte menu for lunch and dinner, Mon-Thur, including gruyère topped butterbean and root vegetable hot pot; chefs cut burger sliders; Cumberland sausage toad in the hole; and charred cumin cauliflower. </p>

<p>The midweek lunchtime menu at Tap and Kitchen at Oundle Wharf is always a winner, with 2 courses for £22 or 3 courses for £26, or you can get a light lunch for £12 with any sandwich or salad and a side of your choice.
