<p>Once a month Keythorpe Hall, an exclusive private hire venue in the Leicestershire countryside, turns into a restaurant for their fabulous Dining Club, with in-house chef Bent Varming conjuring up a five course menu, using produce grown Keythorpe&#8217;s beautiful walled garden and sourced from local producers. Dinner is served at individual tables for each party, with seating available for groups of various sizes, with an option for a communal table too. £100 per person with an additional cost for wine pairings. </p>

<p>If you haven’t visited the incredible Food Library before, set in the Northampton home of hosts Laura and Michael, then their monthly Dining Club is your chance. It’s a bespoke dining event featuring freshly grown produce straight from the kitchen garden – think nettle ravioli, pistachio and pine nut crusted halibut, homemade preserves and boozy treats such as rhubarb gin and blackberry whisky. Plus you can stock up on their homemade produce and become a member to borrow from their collection of over 400 books on growing, cooking and preserving. It’s £70 a head and includes six to eight courses.</p>

<p>Bring on the puddings. There are five sweet and savoury courses on the menu at this Irish themed pop-up pudding club, taking place at one of Northampton’s most popular spots. Tuck into beef and Guinness stew; chocolate and stout cake; Barmbrack and cheeses and loads more. I promise, you will never polish it all off, all for £30 a head. Can&#8217;t make this month? There&#8217;s also a St George&#8217;s Day Pudding Club panned for April. </p>

<p>If you’d rather skip the main meal and head straight to dessert (I hear you), book a seat at this much loved Pudding Club. Kicking off with a savoury goats cheese tartlet to whet the appetite, you can expect a further five deliciously sweet courses including cheesecake, tarte tatin, cinnamon buns, crumble and  roulade. <p>Upper Farm, a small boutique stay and event space in the Northants countryside, is all about seasonal food, wine, art, and atmosphere. In March, head down for an evening of relaxed yet elevated dining for twenty-four guests, led by acclaimed chef Peter (Gourmand Pierre). Expect a warm, convivial setting, enhanced by inspiring artwork, carefully curated vinyl music, and a menu that champions bold, comforting flavours , sensationally paired with beautiful wines to complement each course. Think ham hock and honey terrine; and fig, plum and hazelnut frangipane with orange compote. There will be more events throughout the calendar too, including pizza in the Clubhouse, Gaucho-style barbecue in The Courtyard and wine tastings with artisan cheese and charcuterie. £48 per person.</p>

<p>We&#8217;ve been fans of the Red Barn Supper Club for years, but they recently switched things up big time, opening a brand new farm shop and café in July last year, so now you can get fed any time, and the supper clubs have taken on a new twist. The latest iteration is a Singaporean feast dishing up the likes of potato curry puffs, chicken satay with peanut sauce, beef Rendang and banana fritters. £60 per person.</p>

<p>Italian food writer and cookery tutor Carmela Sereno Hayes&nbsp;creates authentic food with a passion and understanding of the&nbsp;<em>cucina povera</em>&nbsp;traditions from the south of Italy, a simple and delicious style of cooking that uses seasonal produce of fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and game. Think rustic <em>bruschetta elegante</em>, gently rubbed with garlic and crowned with creamy ricotta, a ribbon of golden honey, and delicately smoked speck; crisp, golden arancini nestled on a silky bed of vibrant asparagus pesto; <em>melanzane alla parmigiana</em>; and fragrant orange and rice cake served with cloud‑soft whipped mascarpone. Carmela’s Supper Clubs, held in the stunning atrium at Northampton Museum, are always a sell out, so don&#8217;t hang about. £47.50 per person.</p>
